AU COMPTOIR MIXOLOGY CLASS

Our mixology class is an all-inclusive package that includes two drinks, light snacks (charcuterie & cheese with accouterments), an educational walk through of the chosen drinks, their ingredients, and how they are prepared, as well as all taxes and gratuity. During the educational portion guests will have the chance to make their drinks along with us, or simply observe and enjoy. 

Each class is also a unique conversation based on the group's interests. We encourage questions throughout the event and discuss topics such as cocktail making techniques, the history of cocktails, deep dives into specific spirits, and best practices for home drink making and home bar building.
