Bins in this order - all other garnishes in cups on backbar
Garnishes in cups, Marg glasses salted, coupes and N&N's filled with ice
Left of station in a row to hide tickets
Smaller wooden bowl of orange and lemon, and tools, at each station.
Bar 1 Mats: ensure clean edges are facing guests
Bar 2 Mats: tightly against lamp with room for tray to their right
Middle: collins, coupes, wine, water / Bottom: DOFs & wine Only
Crushed ice to the right inside ice machine
Larger mugs left, smaller mugs right. 3 garnish jars along back: marshmallow, lemon, apple. Kettle is pushed all the way back near garnishes. Cocoa powder jar with tbsp inside, mixing glass, jiggers, and measuring cup (not pictured) lined up beside glasses. On ice machine sit two crocks half full of hot water; one with cinnamon and coconut (snowman) and the other honey & ginger. Lemon sits beside these crocks. Three cocktail batches live on the shelf above this station.
